Model withdrawal form

If you are a Consumer — an individual acting wholly or mainly outside your trade, business, craft or profession — you have a statutory right to withdraw from your contract for Services with Maxinodes Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) within 14 days, without giving any reason.

You do not have to use this form — any clear statement of your decision to withdraw is enough. But you may complete the template below and send it to us if you find it convenient. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.

Complete the form and send it to us by email or by post using the contact details set out in it. Where a field gives you a choice (for example, “I/We” or “my/our”), delete whichever does not apply.

How to send this form

You can return the completed form to us in either of the following ways:

  • By email: support@maxinodes.com. You may paste the form into the body of your message or attach it.
  • By post: Maxinodes Ltd, 1 Ballycoolin Road, Dublin 15, Ireland.

You may also notify us of your decision to withdraw by opening a request in our Help Centre at support.maxinodes.com, by email to billing@maxinodes.com, or via any other unambiguous statement. We will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal without undue delay on a durable medium — ordinarily by email to the address on your account.

What we do with the details you send

The details on this form — your name, address, order or invoice reference, the service and the dates — are used to process your withdrawal and to refund you, and are kept as the record of it. Email to support@maxinodes.com, and any request you open in our Help Centre, is received through our helpdesk platform, operated by Zendesk, Inc., a Delaware corporation in the United States. Zendesk currently holds that data in its Europe (Ireland) region, but we have not bought the option that would make that placement a contractual commitment, and personal data also reaches the United States through Zendesk’s own operations. We therefore treat your notice and anything attached to it as transferred to the United States, and the sender becomes a contact record on that platform. Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with that data, the safeguards relied on for the transfer, and the rights you have over it.

If you would rather your withdrawal did not pass through a third-party helpdesk, email billing@maxinodes.com, which reaches us directly, or write to us by post at the address above. Every route on this page is equally effective as a withdrawal notice — what matters for the deadline is that you send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.

Related terms

Your statutory right of withdrawal, the time limits, the effects of withdrawing, and how and when we refund you are explained in full in clause 10 of our Terms of Service. That right is separate from, and is not limited or replaced by, our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee, which is also set out in the Terms of Service — you may rely on whichever is more favourable to you.

Nothing on this page affects your mandatory statutory rights as a Consumer.
