From your visitor to your backup.

Your visitor opens your site HTTPS
Pages come straight from our servers in Naaldwijk. Customer sites don't sit behind a third-party edge network.

Our servers do the work
Dedicated AMD EPYC servers running cPanel and LiteSpeed, in a Tier 3 facility. Some we own, some we lease; none of it is public cloud.

Backups leave the building encrypted
Stored with Backblaze in Amsterdam, about 63 km away, and encrypted at rest (AES-256) by Backblaze. Daily on most plans.
Mailboxes on your domain come with every plan, stored on these same servers and backed up with your site. If your team needs shared calendars, Teams or shared drives, we also set up and manage Professional Email on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
I started Maxinodes after years of watching small business owners get burned by hosting companies that quietly got worse as they got bigger: broken backups discovered too late, weeks of support tickets for a twenty-minute fix.
So we're building the opposite. One product, done well. And a real engineer — not a chatbot, not a script — at the other end of every email.
Four things you can hold us to.
These aren't aspirations. They're operating rules — codified in our SLA, our pricing and our acceptable-use policy.
30 days to change your mind.
Every hosting plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first order. If it isn't right for you, email us within 30 days and we refund you, as our Terms set out. It sits on top of your statutory rights, never in place of them.
EU hosting, and we name every exception.
Your websites, mailboxes, databases and encrypted backups are stored in the EU, on dedicated servers in the Netherlands that we own or lease. Where running the platform needs a provider outside the EEA, such as the relay that sends your outgoing email, we name it — and the safeguard we rely on — on our Subprocessors page. Standard DPA on every contract.
A real engineer, every time.
No outsourced first lines. No "let me transfer you." The engineer who reads your email can fix your problem — in English or Russian.
Public incident reports, every time.
Downtime gets posted to the status page within 30 minutes. A full post-mortem within 5 business days. No quietly hoping nobody noticed.
Want to talk to the team behind it?
Tell us what you're hosting and we'll come back the same day — from a real engineer, not a ticket queue.
