Prices are per user / month, excluding VAT, on an annual plan — monthly billing is roughly 20% higher. “Without Teams” reflects EU pricing where Microsoft Teams isn’t bundled; you can add Teams any time. Need only the apps? Microsoft 365 Apps for business (desktop Office, no email) is €11.00/user/mo. Prices are indicative and confirmed at checkout.

Plus managed email — €19/month, including 3 users. The plan prices above are Microsoft’s own. We buy the subscription in your name and pass it through at cost — our charge is the management: €19 per month including 3 users, then €5 per additional user. Both sit on one Maxinodes invoice. Microsoft’s VAT applies to the subscription, which is invoiced in your name and is therefore reclaimable if you are VAT-registered; our management fee carries no VAT.

If you just need email, Exchange Online or Business Basic is plenty. Most businesses pick Business Standard — it adds the installed desktop Office apps. Choose Business Premium if you want managed-device security and identity protection. Tell us your setup and we’ll recommend the right tier.

In the EU, Microsoft prices these separately. If your team uses Teams for chat and meetings, take the with-Teams plan. If you don’t, the without-Teams plan is cheaper and you can still add Teams later. We’ll set whichever you prefer.

Yes. We copy your mailboxes — mail and folders — from your current email provider over IMAP, then configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC on your domain so your new sender authenticates from day one. Nothing bounces during the switch: while DNS propagates a message can land at either the old mailbox or the new one, so we run a final sync afterwards and everything ends up in one place. An IMAP copy does not carry contacts or calendars, and we don’t move those separately — export them from the old account before you close it.

Yes — and that is deliberate. The subscription is created in your name, so the tenant, the data and the agreement with Microsoft are yours, and stay yours if you ever leave us. You never have to deal with Microsoft, though: we set it up, pay for it and administer it, and the licences and our management fee arrive on a single Maxinodes invoice. To do that work we hold an administrator account on your tenant, which you can remove at any time.

Any time. Email us the change and we’ll add or remove seats and adjust your billing — pro-rated, no fuss.

No — that’s the point. Microsoft 365 runs independently of your website, on Microsoft’s infrastructure. If your site has a bad day, or you move hosts, your email keeps working.
