Create addresses like you@yourcompany.com in your client area or in cPanel, then use them in any mail app or in the browser.

Spam filtered into Junk
Known spam sources are refused before a message is accepted. Everything else is scored, and suspected spam is filed into your Junk folder.
Authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC
Mail sent from your mailboxes is authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, so receiving servers can check it really comes from your domain. On our nameservers we set up the records for you; if your DNS is hosted elsewhere, we tell you which ones to add.
Mailboxes share your plan’s storage
Mail is kept on your plan’s SSD storage, alongside your website. Each new mailbox starts at 1 GB, and you can raise it up to your plan’s maximum.
Set up for you on Managed plans
On Managed plans we create mailboxes, set up your mail apps and reset passwords on request. On Self-Managed plans you run them yourself in the client area or cPanel, and we step in for platform and delivery faults.

Moving from another host? Tell us before you switch nameservers or cancel the old hosting, and we move your mailboxes and mail with you, free on every plan.

The maximum size per mailbox is set by your plan; the space itself comes from your plan’s storage, which your mailboxes share with your website. Need more room? You can move up a plan at any time.

For shared calendars, Teams or Meet, shared drives, compliance tools, or mail that should not share a server with your website, we set up and manage Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, with the subscription in your own name. The right one usually comes down to which apps your team already lives in.
