Hosting

Two ways to run great hosting.

The same owned European infrastructure, either way — you run the server yourself, or we run it for you. Pick the side that fits how you like to work.

Self-Managed or Managed

One platform. Two ways to buy it.

The only real difference is who holds the keyboard. Same servers, same data centre, same team behind both.

You run it
Self-Managed

Fast cPanel hosting you operate yourself.

  • Full cPanel & WHM-style control
  • From €3.99 / mo, no setup fee
  • You handle updates & backups
See Self-Managed plans
We run it
Managed

We operate the server; you run the business.

  • Updates, security & backups handled
  • Named account manager
  • From €9 / mo, free migration
See Managed plans

One platform, one team, one EU data centre — the only question is who holds the keyboard.

Same foundation, either way

One good product — however you buy it.

Self-Managed isn't the cheap shelf and Managed isn't the premium one. Both lines run on exactly the same infrastructure; you're only choosing who operates it.

Owned European metal

Our own bare-metal servers in enterprise data centres in the Netherlands — AMD EPYC compute, SSD storage, ECC memory. No reselling someone else's cloud.

EU jurisdiction, GDPR by design

Your websites, databases and encrypted backups stay in the EU, under EU law, on our own servers in the Netherlands — and your site is served straight from them. Standard DPA on every contract; every provider outside the EEA is named, with its safeguard, on our Subprocessors page.

cPanel & LiteSpeed

The same familiar cPanel control panel and a WordPress-tuned LiteSpeed stack, whichever line you're on.

Free SSL on every domain

Let's Encrypt on every plan, issued automatically and auto-renewed before expiry.

Automated backups

Daily encrypted backups (weekly on Self-Managed Lite), held in an EU region by a provider independent of the hosting platform.

Real support, EN · RU

A real engineer answers — by email or live chat, in English or Russian. In chat an AI agent takes the first message and hands over; no outsourced first lines.

What actually differs

Who does the work — that's the whole difference.

Same platform underneath. This is the operational split between running it yourself and having us run it.

  Self-Managed Managed
Who operates the server You do, from cPanel We do, end-to-end
Updates & security patches You apply them Handled for you
Monitoring & alerting Self-serve Automated checks around the clock
Account manager Named contact (Growth and up)
Response target Best-effort email & ticket 1 hour on Starter, Growth and Business — on Enterprise, as agreed in the bespoke Order Form
Best for Developers who want the controls Owners who'd rather not think about it

You can start on either line and switch to the other later — same platform, we just change who's at the keyboard.

Free migration

We move your site for you. Without breaking it.

Running on Beget, Reg.ru, Hostinger, GoDaddy, Bluehost, anywhere — we handle the move end-to-end. The typical turnaround is a day. Near-zero downtime. See how migration works →

  1. 01

Day 0 · You give us access

Tell us where your site lives, what it's running on, and forward read-only credentials. We come back the same day with a plan.

  2. 02

Day 1 morning · We clone everything

Site files and database — copied to a staging URL on our servers. Nothing changes for your visitors yet.

  3. 03

Day 1 afternoon · You review on staging

You browse the staged copy, click through, test forms and email. We fix anything you flag before going further.

  4. 04

    Day 1, your time · DNS cut-over

You pick the window. We update DNS and MX records, confirm mail keeps flowing, and stay on-call for 24 hours afterward.

The Managed difference

A personal account manager who actually knows your setup.

Choose Managed and you get more than a server: a team that knows your stack, your traffic patterns and your priorities — and, on Business and Enterprise, a dedicated specialist who's yours. Not a ticket queue, and not a bot you cannot get past.

01

Direct contact, named person

Email or live chat. The same person every time — they know what your site looks like, who your customers are, and what your stack runs on.

02

Pre-launch readiness checks

Going live with a campaign or a new product? Tell us in advance — we review capacity and your cache settings so the launch holds up.

03

Quarterly performance review

Once every three months, a short report: uptime, response times, where your backups are sitting, anything we'd flag for your attention.

04

Migration & cut-over handling

Whether you're joining us or moving a second site over, your AM coordinates DNS, email and certificates personally — no ticket-tag.

Under the hood

Modern stack.
Boring on purpose.

We pick infrastructure that's stood up to fifteen years of small-business sites — no exotic dependencies, nothing you'd have to relearn elsewhere. You get a familiar cPanel control panel; underneath, a stack tuned for WordPress, WooCommerce and the everyday CMSes our customers actually run.

cPanel control panel

Manage files, databases and SSL in the same UI you've probably already used. DNS records live in your client area, on our own nameservers.

WordPress-tuned

LiteSpeed web server with object & page caching, configured per site.

Runtimes you can pick

PHP 5.6 to 8.5, switchable per site in cPanel. Node 22 and Ruby 3.3 or 3.4 are installed too — the only versions we run today, and others can be added on request. Application hosting for Node and Ruby depends on your plan, so ask us before you build.

Email, done independently

We set up and manage professional email on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. It runs independently of your hosting — no node resources, no failure shared with your website, and it survives a host move (the mail records still have to be rebuilt on the new nameservers). We configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC on your domain. See email plans →

Common questions

Self-Managed or Managed, plainly answered.

The infrastructure is identical — same servers, same data centre, same cPanel. On Self-Managed you operate the server yourself: you apply updates, run your own backups and handle security. On Managed, we do all of that for you and give you a named account manager. You're choosing who does the work, not a better or worse product.
Yes. Because both lines run on the same platform, moving between them is straightforward — we change who operates the server, your sites and data stay put. Start wherever you're comfortable and change your mind whenever.
If you're comfortable in cPanel and like being in control, Self-Managed is cheaper and yours to run. If you'd rather never think about updates, backups or security — and want a real person who knows your setup — choose Managed. Not sure? Tell us what you're hosting and we'll recommend one.
Yes — free migration on every paid plan, on both lines. Tell us who you're with now and we handle the move end-to-end, usually within a day. See how migration works →
In enterprise EU data centres in the Netherlands, on our own hardware. Your site, its databases and our encrypted backups stay in the EU, under EU law, and your site is served straight from those servers — it does not sit behind the edge network that fronts our own websites. The tools we use to run this website and to answer your messages are a separate question: our Subprocessors page names every provider we use, where it processes data, and the safeguard that applies.
Of course. Pick the cycle that suits you — monthly, annual, or two or three years at a time on the plans that offer it — and cancel renewal whenever you like; the service runs to the end of the period you've already paid for. And if a new plan turns out not to be for you, our 30-day money-back guarantee refunds the hosting fee on that first order — one email to billing@maxinodes.com within 30 days. It covers your first order rather than renewals or third-party extras. No setup fees, no minimum term, on either line.
